November 6, 2008 Phase I (Apartment homes with a Northridge Road address)
November 7, 2008 Phase II (Apartment homes with a Colquitt Road address)
Please be prepared for an Atlanta Pest Control technician to enter your home on these days. You may prepare by caging all loose pets and turning off any alarm systems.

Resident Services
Empirian at Northridge residents can now call the Resident Services Department to handle all of their maintenance and "resident service" needs. If you have a maintenance issue, want to be placed on pest control, get information on renting the clubhouse, want to renew your lease, have suggestions for resident functions or just general questions regarding your community, please feel free to contact your Resident Services Manager, Ka'Mil Tate at 770-391-2499. New Fall and Winter Office Hours
The leasing office has new Fall and Winter office hours. We will now be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday's. Our Sunday hours will remain the same, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
